An automatic labeling machine is a device that can place rolls of paper or foil labels on regular packaging containers or products.     (1) Unwinding wheel. It is a passive wheel for placing roll labels. Usually equipped with a conflict braking device that can adjust the conflict force, the purpose is to control the speed and tension of the reel, and maintain smooth paper feeding.

    (2) Buffer wheel. The worker is connected to the spring. Can swing back and forth. The purpose is to absorb the tension of the roll material when the equipment is started, keep the material in contact with each roller, and prevent the material from cracking.

    (3) Guide rollers. It is composed of two upper and lower parts, which plays the role of guiding and positioning the reel material.

    (4) Drive rollers. Consists of a set of active conflict rounds. Usually one is a rubber roller and one is a metal roller, with the backing paper passing between them. The effect is to drive the reel material to achieve normal labeling.

    (5) Winding wheel. It is a driving wheel with a conflict transmission device, and the effect is to rewind the bottom paper after labeling. The rolling delivery of the delivery roller and the handling of the driving wheel do not interfere with each other, and the synchronous transmission is adjusted by the conflicting device.

    (6) Peel off the board. There is an angle from one end of the plate (generally less than 30°), the purpose is to make the label easy to be labeled and separated from the backing paper when the backing paper changes direction through the peeling plate, so as to achieve touch with the labeling object.

    (7) Labeling roller. Apply the label off the liner evenly and evenly to the item to be attached.
