       1. If the feeding length error or feeding direction deviation of the automatic punch feeder causes the stamping parts to be inaccurate, you should first check whether there is metal or other foreign matter entering the position of the feeder rollers or gears, and the feeding start is relaxed and the punching action sequence has interference. When the material is fed into the feeder, the rollers will slip. Identifying the cause of the failure only needs to be adjusted and eliminated for different problems.

2. The conveying speed of the automatic punch feeder is too fast and the feeding length is too long. In this case, the equipment should be stopped in time to check whether there is noise interference from the micro-switches and wire terminals started by the automatic feeder; if there is noise interference, Replace the wires between the micro switch and the terminal block. And the use of metal mesh isolation line.

3. It often occurs that the release roller of the automatic punch feeder does not run smoothly. The main reason is that the SW signal of the micro switch of the release cam of the automatic feeder is abnormal and the feeding direction is offset. At the same time, the operation of the air compressor is not normal. At this time You only need to adjust the air compressor properly or replace the solenoid valve, cylinder, piping, etc., and check whether the wire is falling off or replace the micro switch or replace the relay in the electrical box.

4. The fixed direction of the automatic feeder is inaccurate. It may be that the pressure of the feeding roller is not enough, or there are burrs and foreign objects in the mold. According to different situations, it should be checked and solved in time, and the pressure, coil width and mold guide plate should be increased. Is it appropriate? Or whether the tool and servo feeder are in line, check the baffle plate and the stripper plate.

5. When the automatic feeder is produced, there is a sudden and occasional inaccuracy. This situation is that the NC feeder has an error in the adjustment of the material, whether the leveler and the servo feeder are matched or the distance between the leveler and the NC servo feeder. And whether the height of the material arc and the number of revolutions of the punch press are appropriate, and the transmission gap between the roller and the servo motor is relatively large. At this time, just tighten the belt of the pulley. The above five situations are the five common situations that affect the accuracy of the automatic feeder. Of course, there are other reasons.
